Which diagnoses qualify for review
Mental health conditions are recognized diagnosed conditions that may qualify for a Letter of Medical Necessity. When issued, the LMN documents that a specific product or service is medically recommended, making eligible care potentially reimbursable through an HSA or FSA.

A licensed clinician reviews your diagnosed condition, mental health history, and the specific support you're seeking. When clinically appropriate, the clinician may issue an LMN documenting the recommendation.
